Buy Back / Return Policy
- Metal: 100% value at current market rate
- Diamond: 80% value at current market rate
- Max Return Value: ₹3 Lakhs
- Discounts, taxes, making & shipping charges are deducted from the return amount
- Certificate return is mandatory; otherwise, certification cost is deducted
- Items altered by third parties are not eligible
- Valuation may vary based on quality inspection
- Loose diamonds are not eligible for buyback
Exchange / Upgrade Anytime
- Get 100% (metal) and 80% (diamond) value at market rate
- Max credit: ₹3 Lakhs
- Damaged items or missing components will reduce exchange value
- Making charges and taxes are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
- Within 48 hrs: Full refund minus payment fees
- After 48 hrs (pre-shipment): Refund after deducting making charges and fees
- No cancellation after shipment
How to Initiate Buyback / Return / Exchange

- Expect response in 24–48 business hours
- Upon approval, pickup will be arranged
- Quality check determines final valuation
- Refunds processed within 7 business days

Shipping Policy
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
- Orders are shipped within or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.
- Vara & Co is not liable for any delay by courier/postal authorities, but guarantees handover within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer.
